1. ArabDM برنامج مجاني. يحق لك تثبيته واستعماله دون مقابل، للاستعمال الشخصي والتجاري، على أي عدد من الأجهزة.
2. يحق لك مشاركة ملف المثبّت الأصلي كما هو، دون تعديل ودون بيعه. والمصدر الرسمي للتنزيل هو https://kanzo.dev/arabdm/
3. لا يحق لك نسب البرنامج إلى غير كانزو ستوديو، ولا إعادة توزيعه معدّلًا أو مدمجًا في برنامج آخر.
4. أنت وحدك المسؤول عمّا تحمّله. استعمل البرنامج فقط لما يحق لك تحميله، والتزم بحقوق النشر وشروط المواقع. والبرنامج لا يتجاوز أي حماية DRM ولا يحاول ذلك.

6. يتضمن البرنامج مكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر، كلٌّ برخصته، ومنها ما يسمح لك بحقوق أوسع على ذلك المكوّن. قائمتها ونصوص رخصها في THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt، وفي «حول» داخل البرنامج.

4. You are solely responsible for what you download. Use ArabDM only for content you have the right to download, and respect copyright and site terms. ArabDM does not circumvent, and does not attempt to circumvent, any DRM.
