Terms of Use
These terms apply to Kanzo’s games and apps — including Luma Cafe — and to the website kanzo.dev. By using them you agree to these terms; if the user is a minor, a parent or guardian should agree on their behalf.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our games and apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment on your devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, or use cheats or tools that tamper with it.
2. Virtual coins and items
- In-game coins and items are virtual, have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Progress is stored only on your device; it may be lost if you delete the game or its data or change devices, and we cannot restore it.
- Permanent purchases (such as Remove Ads) can be restored through Google Play with the same account.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to its terms and refund policy. If something goes wrong with a purchase, email us and we will help as best we can.
4. Ads
Our games may show third-party ads (Unity Ads). We are not responsible for the content of advertised sites or products. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the games, apps and website — art, sound, code, names and logos — belong to Kanzo or its licensors. Fonts used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
6. Updates and availability
We may update our games, change features or discontinue some of them. We work to keep your progress compatible across updates.
7. Disclaimer
Our games and apps are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee they are error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
